The Equinox Charity Cycle is a “spin” from Howth Harbour in Dublin at dawn (7:15am) to Galway city by Dusk (7:15 pm) on Saturday the 24th of September 2011 in aid of Headway and Temple Street Children’s Hospital.

Dip your back wheel into the Irish sea that morning and your front wheel into the Atlantic Ocean that evening. The cycle is open to all ages and there will be scheduled stops along the way for food and drink with the aim of catching the sunset in Galway that evening

*Please note that this is a long cycle and requires that the participant is fit enough to cover the distance.  So get training!
